WOMEN OVER DINNER

Women Over Dinner is an initiative of Unconditional Freedom, a 501c3 nonprofit corporation.

How Women Came to Dinner

Women Over Dinner began when three friends had the audacity to say to each other — in many different ways, in thousands of texts and chats over the last few years,

“I don’t fit into the portrayals of Woman I see in the world. Sometimes it seems like I almost fit, but something central is missing in all of those images. And what’s missing feels like the most important part.”

Women Over Dinner is a continuation of these conversations where “the most important part” gets to come forward. It gets to be felt and known. We get to live from it, raise our children as it, transform imbalances and suffering through it. You’re always invited to the table.

Our Dinners

“The experience was profoundly moving. Witnessing women be moved by one another's shares was incredibly powerful. Hearing our collective experiences and feelings was comforting and sweet. And arriving to an open, inviting, diverse environment of women felt exciting, invigorating, intriguing and safe.”

We want to live in a world where the inestimable and inherent power of Woman is not just remembered, but expressed.

Freely. Openly.

Our Desire is to reach 100 million women.

Why Women Over Dinner

These dinners are a facilitated round table experience with a specific format designed to evoke shares of each woman's unique blueprint of her own power, sexuality and liberation. There is no discussion or cross talk at these dinners, making this a rare space for women to express without feedback and listen without pressure to respond.

To date, we have had 25 dinners in 18 major cities including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, London and Austin and dinners in Hawaii, Bulgaria, Boston and Nevada City to name but a few - Reaching 612 women so far - we want to build that exponentially over the course of 2024.

Women Over Dinner is aimed at enlivening women’s inestimable power to reshape our world. It is our intent to reach 100 million women. One dinner at a time, we share a meal and connect through answering a series of curated prompts about our impact, our power, and our sexuality. Women Over Dinner is an initiative of Unconditional Freedom, a 501c3.

What Women Say

  • There is so much to learn from other women. I feel strongly that the feminine will help balm and heal the challenges we are facing as humans in the world. And gathering, dreaming together and building new ways is the way forward.

    -Sarah M

  • Women Over Dinner gave me a chance to see how powerful we all are as women. And just reminder how powerful women are how we call in beautiful experiences that we desire. That's just so inspiring to witness each other that way.

    -Tasha

  • There was a moment when the woman across from me was sharing what her life would look like with the force of women at her back, and I felt this rush come over me, like “I wanna be that force for her” I want to help her have what she wants.

    -Rachel L

  • I had never heard my mother share the way she shared tonight, we would not have an opportunity to talk about the deeper parts of womanhood, I feel really grateful.

    -Stacey

  • I found myself sharing thoughts and memories that had been in the subconscious for a while. It was really neat to see the layers of intimacy and vulnerability unfold with each question. I left feeling empowered and connected, with myself, and with others.

    -Tara F

  • When I was a kid I was homeless and the only thing I could find to eat was donuts. That this movement is connected to a nonprofit that feeds the food challenged nourishing healthy meals, that is the world I want to be apart of.

    -Mary

  • I took two subways and a bus to get here, the dinner was so nice, I am a hospice nurse, I feel over worked and I was looking for ways to take care of myself, and I will definitely do Women Over Dinner again!

    -Kelly

  • There was a moment when one woman at my table was talking about, you know, taking up more space and in her body. And I just, it really brought me into this very tender spot with my body and my posture and taking up more space. And I felt really reminded so that it can be that subtle inside.
